NEETNEET-UG 2023 Exam Pattern
The National Testing Agency (NTA) of India conducts the undergraduate pre-medical (NEET-UG) entrance examination for all medical aspirants across India and overseas via pen-and-paper mode. They are also the authority to specify the examination pattern in their official NEET-UG brochure.
The NEET-UG 2023 will be held on 7th May 2023. The paper consists of four subjects:
- Physics (50 Questions, 180 Marks)
- Chemistry (50 Questions, 180 Marks)
- Botany (50 Questions, 180 Marks)
- Zoology (50 Questions, 180 Marks)
Each subject is divided into 2 sections, Section A and Section B. Candidates are required to answer 180 questions from the 200 multiple choice questions.

The NEET-UG examination is an offline, pen & paper-based test, conducted in 13 different languages including English and Hindi.
They are further divided into two sections - Section A & Section B both comprising MCQ (Multiple Choice Questions) with negative marking.
Candidates appearing for the NEET-UG examination must understand the paper pattern thoroughly and prepare accordingly to score good marks.
